Role: UX Design, sole designer creating UI, visual design, interaction design and front-end development. High Fidelity mockups created in HTML with CSS built
Task: build internal CRM system for Customer Service Reps to be able to work in efficiently and effectively. The CSR's had been working in multiple internal products as well as making their own processes outside of the systems. Many manual calculations happening allowing for margin of human error.
How: Worked with business stakeholders to help define the requirements for the system. How were people currently using it? What are their current pain points? How can we improve their experience and in turn improve our customers experience? Evaluated different needs from different departments that would be interfacing with this system. Designed high fidelity html mock ups for the developers. Worked in Agile team with daily scrums.
