Role: Lead in-house designer to set UI design and standards, visual design, interaction design
Task: Design a client/ consumer facing experience for JP Morgan that will engage a user in a gamified experience which will capture client information and lead to deeper conversations with advisors. This will initially focus on retirement healthcare cost and long term care.
Requirements: Gamified design that plays off a rail road design, with a track that will be a visual representation of the journey milestones and duration. Should have a pass or ticket displaying data outputs and should be interactive with a guide
How: Created initial flow and iterated through many versions with client to arrive at the finalized design that was presented to JP Morgan
